  1. The promoter of the Volkswagen Spring Carnival is Autopact Pty Ltd ABN 44 608
  2. Applicable to new and demonstrator Volkswagen vehicles purchased from these VolkswagenDealership

  3. The customer can choose between one of three retail offers.

    4.  a. $1,000 Fuel Card OR

     b. $1,000 of Genuine Volkswagen Accessories OR

     c. Free 3 Year Care Plan – value from $1,400

  4. The promotional period will commence 08:00 AEDT on 16/11/2023 and closes at 17:00 AEDTon 18/11/2023.
  5. Eligible vehicles must be delivered by November 30th, 2023.
  6. Limit one entry per vehicle sold.
  7. Excludes fleet, government and rental buyers.
  8. The winner will be determined at random by a draw and will be notified by telephone.
  9. The draw will take place at Bayford Volkswagen Epping, Victoria on December 11th, 2023, at 15:00 AEDT.
  10. The winning entry drawn will win a $10,000 travel voucher to be redeemed from a travel agent nominated by Autopac
  11. The Prize does not include transport between the winner or travel guest’s residential address and the airport, either at departure, destination or upon return.
  12. The Prize is a single event trip for the winner and cannot be separated into separate trips or components. It may encompass multiple persons if the winner so requests, but the total value remains at $10,000.
  13. Before the Prize is awarded, Autopact may require the winner and his or her travel guest/s to each sign an agreement or deed to release Autopact from, and indemnify Autopact against, any loss, damage or injury arising from the use or participation in the prize, except to the extent any loss, damage or injury is due to the negligence or willful misconduct of the Promoter.
  14. All travel, accommodation and activities are always subject to availability. The winner must choose a period in which to book travel between 01.01.2024 and 30.09.2024.
  15. Bookings must be made a minimum of 30 days in advance of the requested departure date. All bookings and documentation regarding the Prize must be made via the nominated agents, and may be restricted to itineraries, airline carriers, hotels and any other service providers.
  16. Once a booking is confirmed, the winner and his or her travel guest will be responsible for the payment of any change, amendment or cancellation fees incurred as a result of the winner and/or his or her travel guest changing or cancelling a booking.
  17. The total maximum prize value is $10,000.
  18. The Terms and Conditions have been developed in accordance with guidelines set by Victorian Gambling & Casino Control Commission, Queensland’s Government Business Queensland and NSW Government’s Fair Trading.
